KARACHI: The Indian Chief of defence employees General Bipin Rawat on Saturday said “India will strongly retaliate at a time and place of its selecting if Pakistan makes an attempt to use drones or indulges in `hybrid warfare’ of any form to goal Indian civilian or army belongings.” Interestingly, his remarks matched the famous statement given by former DG ISPR Asif Ghafoor about intrusion by Indian Air Force, saying will will respond at time and place of our choice.
Although multiple investigations are underway in the Indian occupied Jammu to ascertain whether or not the small explosive-laden drones used within the terror assault on the Jammu air pressure station on June 27 were launched from Pakistan or from within the occupied area, but the Indian media, heavily influenced by the social media rhetoric, reached conclusion that the drones were launched from Pakistan.
Speaking at a webinar, General Bipin Rawat said “We don’t but know the last word intention. But allow them to (Pakistan) try to do one thing to harm our belongings, and the response from our armed forces shall be very completely different. The political will is there. Our armed forces are prepared.”
